PLEASE HELP IMMEDIATELY- DIFFICULTY READING EMAIL

I receive my email through outlook express.  Lately my emails come into my inbox, but when I double click on them to read them, the screen remains blank.  The hour glass remains on, like it is stuck, but as I said before I can not read any emails, even though they are coming into my inbox.

Any assistance would be much appreciated asap.

Thanks!!!

Was not sure if one of his items at the location above would help but he did have a lot listed and he gave outlook forums you could go to for help.

I have same problem.  Not just new e-mails but already read inbox, sent, etc open to an empty box.  It only on  my dell computer.  I had to hook to different one to register and sign in because box is blank.  OE forum says this is part of Windows so I am here.  Have read all links in other answers and still not found why nothing is in my emails.  This is probably something simple but what?
