POP UP PROBLEM
I have recently installed Earthlink from a CD for my internet service on a trial basis. I have since canceled this service with customer service and removed the application from my system. However, every time I log onto my computer I get a pop up window that Says(The feature you are using is on a CD-Rom or other removable disk that is not available Insert the "Task Panel" disk and click ok.) When I click cancel, because I don't want to insert a disk, I get a message that says could not load file C:\program file\earthlink totalaccess\taskpnl.xml. Of course I don't want to load it, I want to get rid of it. How do I do this?

You get these FREE Programs to check & Delete Auto Startup Programs ,check list for Earthlink Program ie: Taskpnl
You can get FREE program called Startup Control Panel to List Auto Startup Folders & HKEYS & Add / Remove auto start programs from;
http://www.mlin.net/StartupCPL.shtml
After install use Control Panel switch to Classic View & select "Program" , you can also create Desktop shortcut by right click on Control Panel "Program".
To Temp remove , remove tick & doesn't give Startup message like MSCONFIG.
Is provides a more permanent Delete than MSCONFIG.
