Problem in Word
When I print envelopes which I have previously formatted in Word my system only prints the "TO" address and fails to print the return address. I've used the nautomated repair tool and it did not solve the problem. Could it be an error in the printer rather than in Word? If the problem rests with word should I uninstall and then reinstall??

- I have Word 2002 so I do not know if this would be exactly the same. Open Word go to Tools>Letter and Mailings>Envelopes & Labels. Under Envelopes there is a space to type the Delivery Address and under this there is a space to Type the Return Address. Right across from the return address there is a small box with the work Omit.

I use word 2003 but I cannot find any option which controls the omit of the return address, Can yoiu polease be more specific?
