Problem with dell chat support.

Question

Hi. For some reason dell chat support is not working. When ive filled out the information and everything, the window pops up and it looks like this:

I tried waited for over 10 hours one time when it said there was a 0 minute wait and it just stayed like that the entire time. Ive tried using using firefox, ie, and the new version of firefox(codenamed "Minefield") but the results did not differ. This just started happening a few weeks ago. A solution to this problem with be greatly appreciated. Thanks-Mitchell

Disable all popup blockers & spyware utilites and use Internet Explorer. Firefox is not supported. At least it wasn't last time I checked. And make sure you are in the US. It doesn't work anywhere else. Also you must have a computer that is still under warranty. Chat is not for software support. The first screen you get should be to enter your service tag or acct info.

Im doing all those things and i tried in IE, unfortunately its still not working.

That happens to me alot too. I just wait and try again later. You might want to clean out you temp internet files and cookies and see if that helps.
