reformat
Hi dell,
I have a dell inspiron 14R 5421 and I have a problem with my laptop that will not shut down or restart but it can sleep. I have contacted a dell tech support technician and she says that my laptop has a problem caused by MijXfilt.sys ( MijXfilt+2033 ). She says that I should reformat my laptop. However I do not know the procedure. She says to use the disc ( win 8 single lang ) that i have been provided to reformat. I would like to know the step by step procedure for it and the only important stuff to me in my laptop is my kaspersky antivirus and my microsoft home office that i have both installed. how do i get it back ? i would also like a step by step procedure in how to get it back without buying a new one. lastly, how to backup my data using dell recovery and backup? do i just have to simply copy the OS to my hard disk ?
thank you.
