Reinstalled XP (Network problem)...

I just reinstalled XP home on my latitude D620 and now I can not get on to my network! I am using a direct ethernet cable hook-up. Before I reinstalled XP I just had to plug in the cable and I was on the network... Please help I really need to get on my network.

    Did you install the drivers for the network Interface Card ( NIC )?
     
    If not that may be your problem.

    Dell never sent me a CD with that on it :(

    Click on the Drivers and Downloads button in the left panel of this p[age . . navigate to your model and download the drivers to a thumb drive or burn to CD
