My guess is that the fax part of the AIO is messing you up. See if you can disable or uninstall the fax software. You might want to avoid that Image Page especially if you have updated to XP SP3. There is a fix for SP2 on the HP website: here It must be installed before sp2, so it's probably useless to you now.
