set up fax on system

Hello all,
 
I have a Dem E510
2gb ram
256mb vid
win XP Media
 
I would truly appreciate any help in configuring my machine to receive / send fax's

This link is for XP pro & home,it should work for media.

You have not said whether you have a fax modem in your PC, but of course that is a prerequisite.
