sleep, hibernate problem in win 8.1

are you going to fix  sleep- hibernate problem for your laptops? or should i ask for my money back?:emotion-39:

I have the same problem.

Latitude e6420. Windows 8.1. Clean system (I have just replaced my hard-drive with a new one).
All latest drivers from Dell's web-site have been installed.

Fixed this by installing all latest Windows updates. At least the problem disappear after that.

fixed by uninstalling amd drivers, and installing (old) one from dell site... so i can't use amd updates :emotion-12:
