sorting
A month ago I created a document listing numbers in field 1 and index names in field 2. At that time XP allowed me to add that field 2 for sorting. Now it will not let me add Field 2. Field 1 is the only thing I can sort. How do I add Field 2 to the sort list?

XP is an operating system. What program did you create the document in. It was not XP, it had to be something else. Perhaps if you told us what program it is, we could help.
