When I start up my Dell 4700 - the curser in the upper left corner blinks 75 plus times between the time the BIOS screen comes up and Windows XP starts - should there be this long of a delay?
Nope this delay is not normal. It may be related to or causing your file folder problem in another thread. You may want to do a operating system repair
