I think that I am in more trouble now. I got the disc from dell and I put it in and I think it refomated my hard drive when I tried to repair xp. Not only that but now its asking for a password to get in recovery mode and I don't know it and if I lost everything on my c drive why would it ask for a password on the new setup? Did I lose all my old files or is there a slim chance they might be in there some where? Needless to say my wife is not happy with me about losing her pix if indeed I deleted them all by mistake.
