Stop Message Received--ITunes Based?
I recently bought an iPod and installed iTunes. Once I did that I got a number of incidents where I got a "stop" error (blue screen) The message had the following: Stop: 0x0000007E (0xc0000005, 0x804f575E, 0xf8991c4c, 0xf899194c)
I spent about an hour with one of the Dell technicians and re installed the operating system. Also did the msconfig and chkdsk stuff etc. It then occurred again.
I believe that there is a conflict somewhere with Dell musicmatch. The error is saying that I have a disk space problem but that doesn't make sense since I have 80 gigs and 512 Ram.
I disconnected the iPod docking station and haven't opened iTunes since and have NOT gotten the error message since.

Thanks. I have a post on the Apple (iPod) discussion forum.
A Dell technician just responded to an email. He said I should uninstall MUSICMATCH and iTunes and just reinstall the iTunes....does that make sense to anyone?
Anyone else with this issue?
Herb
