System Recovery Wont Work...

I have a Dimension 3000 which was purchased on 1/27/05.
 
I want to preform a System Recovery to put my computer back to how it was sent to me. I have tried holding the "Ctrl" & F11 button when it goes to the Dell screen but all I get from that is a black screen which says,  "Keyboard Failure" .
 
Now what do I do? I have no clue how to get this system back to how it was sent to me.

    This happens since you are pressing the keys while the BIOS is recognizing your hardware, preset the CRTL+F11 when only and only then main Dell message pass.

    i think you started to quick, wait for the blue dell hold the ctrl key down and tap the f11. it a timing thing so keep trying.
