Are you working with the corrective procedures in this document?

First of all I hope it's ok if a non expert replies to this but I just had the same problem this month,I followed everyones advice and nothing worked so
I went to msconfig and in that there was these marks " " I unchecked those and now the system 32 folder no longer pops up at start up.

I've tried MS http://www.support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?id=170086

I don't see a problem there. Went to msconfig/startup and that seems to be ok.

Even went to c:/documents and setting/user/startup. Nothing funny there.

Thing is, I'm really not sure what kind of things I should be lookin for.

How about checking the c:/documents and setting/all users/startup folder.
