tool bar

my tool bar got moved to the top of the page instead of the bottom-don't know how i did that. can anyone help me fix it.

Try left-clicking in the center of the toolbar (you do not want to see the two-headed cursor arrow) and dragging.

thanks for help, but it didn't work. it made it larger if i drag bottom. it won't let me drag the top

any other advice

Left-click and drag it back to the bottom.
