i got the same problem.. i set the touchpad settings to default .. and restart and it worked the two finger tap now works.

Didn't do anything.
It's very inconsistent, sometimes it requires two taps and others it takes just one. Very frustrating when trying to explore the different context menus of this new OS. :emotion-12:
