Does this appear on Desktop.?
Can't see the full http://www.dell.com/us/en/ge......    address , does it show full address.? if so what is it.?

If you right click on Image & select Properties it should show the source.

Yes, that's a screenshot of my desktop with the area of concern right under the Status Bar. A corrupt file was the cause of the transparency.
