Vista Dual Display Bug

When hooking up a second display to my new Latitude D620, it functions, however, whenever the machine locked, suspended, or rebooted, the order of displays defaults back to the wrong order. 

 

My arrangement: Left External, Right Laptop

 

The default: Left Laptop, Rigth External

 

Is this a known issue?
