I recently faced a 403 Forbidden error on my website after removing Cloudflare and switching DNS back to Hostinger.

The site was inaccessible from my Dell laptop, while mobile worked fine.
I discovered it was a local DNS cache issue. Flushing DNS (ipconfig /flushdns) and clearing browser cache fixed it instantly.

Just sharing this in case anyone faces similar site-access issues.
