What exact files and registry entries has SupportAssist deleted/modified/created?
I'd like to see a list of files and registry entries, not the output it has shown me below.
How do I get this?
When SupportAssist optimizes your system, a record of settings and adjustments are saved here as events, listed in descending chronological order:

Two year ago you said you'd check with the product team, what is the update. It's completely ridiculous and unprofessional that Dell SupportAssist can delete files and not leave a log.
This is serious enough that I will consider not purchasing Dell in the future.

Here's my experience when I used SupportAssist today:
Not just running Support Assist's "Scan Hardware" but also running its "Clean Files" and "Tune Performance" utilities resulted in 1. my external hard drive not being recognized by my computer, which I corrected with Windows System Restore, 2. Chrome not loading, which I corrected by reinstalling Chrome while on Internet Explorer, 3. being unable to uninstall a program within Programs and Features because (as per an error window) information was missing in the program (likely in the registry), which I corrected by re-installing the program (via the program's installation file that was still in my downloads folder).
Obviously a lot of unnecessary inconvenience.
