What is sdflkj4.exe? Harmful?

Is this . exe normal for XP? My firewall is asking me to allow/block this exe file in my Windows bdir/sdflkj4 folder. Is it a problem file? should I delete it? Using XP and IE 7 on Dimension 4500 Thanks, Mr. Yates

I ran Spybot last week, and as it is back (if it wasever  removed?) is there a souce that I can block with my firewall? Thanks Mr Yates
