will not accept password
Brand new Inspiron 15 laptop. Got it going, got password set, let it go to sleep, now it won't accept the password so I can't even get it started. Did not make a backup. What do I do?

It's possible that you've turned on NumLock key, Caps Lock key, or a wrong keyboard input layout is used. I suggest typing the password using the on-screen keyboard. You can launch the on-screen keyboard from the Windows sign-in screen, by clicking the Ease of Use icon.
If the system still doesn't accept your password, it's possible that you forgot it. Boot your laptop with PCUnlocker Live CD and it could remove the login password. If you have created a system restore point previously, you can restore Windows back to the point that was created when you remembered the password.
