Always when I work in my laptop it comes a black screen that I can’t continue working until I restart my laptop when I restart it then A blue screen comes and I have to restart my laptop again then all my work’s gone

Run diagnostics, F12 at boot, as you may have an HDD/SSD problem that is just starting to show up. This page at Technipages may help. Also try a reset by disconnecting the battery and adapter. Then press and hold down the power button for 30 seconds. Then reconnect everything and reboot the system.
