Windows 11 on Dell Latitude 12 E7250.
I have successfully installed Windows 11 on my E7250 without modifying the ISO files from Microsoft. I just enabled the TPM in the BIOS but it is 1.2 not 2.0. I just made an installer through my USB and boot from it in UEFI non Secure Boot mode. The install boots up successfully and during every installation part it does not complain about the computer cannot run Windows 11. After the installation it boots up! Therefore, I think the requirement for Windows 11 is too exaggerated from Microsoft. I use the latest version 22000.160.

I have TPM 1.2 as well and have Windows 11 installed on a 3rd generation CPU. But just because it works now don't be lulled into believing it will work with RTM. MS has made a point of stating that they will put checks into the RTM to prevent bypassing the system requirements. But a lot can change between now and RTM. My post about Gen 6 and 7 CPUs relates to that. As it is now there seems to be some movement on the Gen and TPM requirement and if so you may find Dell and other manufacturers updating the BIOS to 2.0...hopefully.

I know that but just putting the original ISO on the unsupported hardware is......great.

It turned out that MS still not allow to bypass the TPM requirement though. I have tested it in the morning by disabling the TPM 1.2 in the UEFI and surprisingly, the installer said that this pc cannot run Windows 11. Secure Boot probably yes though.

It seems like the E7250 is much cooler than it used to be when running Windows 10. When I still use 10, the computer ran so hot when I just using Chrome, especially on the base cover. It is so hot that the laptop literally cook my legs. Windows 11 really fix that.

I can not find TPM option in "security" bios...
