Since NT, Win2K and XP aren't MS-DOS based, booting to MS-DOS isn't an option.
If you have enough machines,
this tool might be what you need. It's not free.
This one is free, but requires preparing a bootable CD or floppy to use. It's Linux-based.
Another option would be a reinstall, which could be time-consuming.
