Windows 7 - How to request Recovery Disc?

I bought an Inspiron (32bit with Windows 7 Home Premium) last week in the US and I am now in India. I'll be here for a few months and I was wondering how I can request recovery discs, and how much it would cost for it to be shipped to Hyderabad, India.

Are there any legal .iso images of Windows 7 I can download and use my product key with? Also, am I able to use someone else's Windows 7 Home Premium discs with my product key for instillation?

If anyone is curious to why I need a re-instillation, I was partitioning my hard drive to install Ubuntu. I forgot that you must use the Window's partitioner and not the one that comes with Ubuntu.

Edit: I was just reading someone else's post and they tried to run a command "x:\tools\pcrestore.exe" to restore. Would I be able to restore they same way from the command line available at the System Repair/restore prompt's advanced options?
