call customer care make sure you were entered in the system for upgrade. few things to remember, you have to purchase the upgrade option when you bought the system, you have to have a supported version of vista to upgrade from (you CAN'T upgrade from XP).
my guess is the servers are loaded with the mass amount of people trying to upgrade, wait a day or 3 and try again.
Been trying for a while now, so it can't be a server problem... I'm running Windows Vista Home Premium so it's a supported version of Vista. I'll give customer care a ring then... I'm pretty sure I paid for the upgrade so thanks Komarth. I'll report back when I've given them a call.
