You may run a diagnostic test on computer to ensure correct functionality of system hardware. For detailed steps, you may refer to link: http://dell.to/OUGnqT
If the test pass, you may boot your computer to safe mode with command prompt and fix MBR and Boot. On command prompt, Enter the commands: bootrec.exe /FIXMBR and bootrec.exe /FIXBOOT
Once done, restart your computer and share the findings.
ePSA tests passed. Fixmbr and Fixboot both said "the operation completed successfully". After reboot, I am in the e c,x act same spot with the error as posted previously.
