Windows is Loading Files...
my daughter was watching a video off her jump drive my laptop. all of a sudden, i was every file on my computer disappear. now when i turn on the laptop, i see the dell logo, the screen goes black, there is a white bar at the bottom that says "Windows is loading files", then after loaded, i get the startup repair window,then "startup repair cannot repair this computer automatically" on "view problem details" i get following:

i also tried f8 at startup, and i can't access it. it seems only thing i can access is the command prompt. i also the Windows memory diagnostic with no errorserrors. please help...

Hi maurilesette,
You may run a diagnostic test on computer to ensure correct functionality of system hardware. For detailed steps, you may refer to link: http://dell.to/OUGnqT
If the test pass, you may boot your computer to safe mode with command prompt and fix MBR and Boot. On command prompt, Enter the commands: bootrec.exe /FIXMBR and bootrec.exe /FIXBOOT
Once done, restart your computer and share the findings.

ePSA tests passed. Fixmbr and Fixboot both said "the operation completed successfully". After reboot, I am in the e c,x act same spot with the error as posted previously.
