Windows unwanted wakeup from sleep
Hello everybody,
for the past week or two my Dell XPS L321X with Windows 7 started to wake up during night by itself. I tried lot of solutions posted on internet, but nothing has worked. When I wake up the compute is turned on, the indicator let is solid, fan is spinnig, however, the screen is black a no matter what I do I can't get any response, so I have to turn if off forcefully (holding power button until it turns off completly) and then turn it on again. Does any body have any ideas what might cause it.
Thank you for any help
Jiri

I have aleready diasabled Wake timers, but I don't se option hybrid sleep. That dind help. I will try changing the USB settings as you suggested, however I don't have anything connected to my external USB ports. All periferal are connected wirelessly (BT mouse, BT headphones, BT/WiFi cell phone, Printer via NAS connected to my router, and externa screen and speakers are connected via WiDi). I will post the result tomorrow.
Thank you.

Already tried that too, without effect. I also didn't mention, it might have started after windows update, but I'm not sure about that, so i tried to return my computer to the previos state also without effect.
Also when I put run powercfg -lastwake, it won't give back anything, and on powercfg /devicequery wake_armed it gives back my network adapter, so I disable it with powercfg too, again no effect.

Hi Jiri,
If the steps do not help, let’s try to uninstall and reinstall both the video card drivers.
Please follow the below mentioned steps to uninstall both the video card drivers:
After the system restarts please run Windows updates.
Check and post the results.
