I don't think it has been released through the Windows Update process yet.  It never showed up on any of my systems.

If you wanted, you could use the Media Creation Tool to install.  Just so you know, there are some problems with certain types of installs which give messages regarding the system not being able to upgrade.

Manual forced update OFFLINE works fine.

They also disable programs and say that they dont work with windows when in fact if you remove and reinstall with compatability mode they work fine.

If you are waiting on them You are still at 1809.

They have a cumulative update every few days.

Their testing and quality control is non existent.

Defender updates happen several times a day at least every 6 hours if not sooner.

Many Many updates
