I have an inspiron B130 and whenever i turn my computer on, dell starts up and then it just goes to a blank screen. i did the diagnostic testing and it gives me and error code of 0f00: 136C and says: IDE device failed: Blank media or no media is present in optical drive. Test requires media with digital data (recourse CD, installation CD). so i put the dell CD in to put all programs back on the computer, but the cd does not start up.

please help !
