winnet.exe - DLL initialization failed
Hello, i was wondering if you could help me resolve my problem. Everytime i shut down my computer, a message appears saying "winnet.exe - The application failed to initialize because the windows station is shutting down". Then after about 5-10 seconds my computer shuts down as normal. It is very annoying to see and always makes an error noise.
If anyone can tell me what's happening and how to resolve it, it would be very much appreciated. Thank you

Winnet.exe is associated with spyware and may have accompanied a file sharing program such as Kazaa or Imesh. Get rid of the problem by downloading and running Ad-aware and Spybot. (Check both programs for updates before running them.)
