S50 XenApp problem

Question that I don't want to know the answer to:
We have an S50 (Wyse Linux) that is not behaving correctly in one application. When you click the menu bar at the top, instead of it displaying correctly below the selected menu option, it briefly displays there then recenters itself to the center of the display. We have updated to the latest firmware (build 12 I believe) on the S50. We also have tried a C10 (Wyse OS) and a C50 (SUSE Linux) and each of them worked correctly. Any ideas on getting this app to work correctly or do you think the S50 is out of the question since the others work correctly out of the box? Thanks so much for your help!
