Grab the USB imaging tool
http://downloads.dell.com/wyse/USBFT/
and reimage it using the merlin image available here.

You may need to test different versions of that tool as the device is quite old.

Unfortunately, that device is end of life and unsupported. I do not have any recommendations.

got it fixed. thank you
but the browser which is included (firefox) is very old version and I cannot pull up any image going out to the internet. very slow too.
any idea?
