Dell wyse 5070 display issue

I need help solving my issue with a Dell Wyse 5070 thin client.

My issue being that my monitor keeps falling asleep after just a few seconds of my Dell Wyse turning on.

I've tried multiple monitors and HDMI cables connected to a display port adapter but the same issue keep happening.

I can restart it and make it to the BIOS but the monitor still falls asleep. 

I would really appreciate some assistance with this issue and thanks in advance for any help.
