Limit to number of Windows Companions per email account?
Limit to number of Windows Companions per email account?
Hello,
I have 3 computers all running the Windows Companion. I rarely if ever can find more than 2 of them at the same time in pocket cloud. Is this a limit inherent to the Windows Companion?

The limit is on the device side. Is it possible that when you are seeing this one of the devices is in sleep/hibernate mode, does not have internet access, or is turned off?

No, all 3 machines are on the same network segment, and None of them sleeps at all.

I am curious if maybe the service has stopped on one of the remote machines. Please restart the service on all of the remote computers and let me know if that does not help.
1- Open the Control Panel
2- Open the Administrative Tools
3- Open Services
4- Locate the Wyse PocketCloud service.
5- Right click and press restart.
Also make sure that Wyse PocketCloud Companion is on the safe application list within your firewall and anti-virus programs.
