iPhone Screen Empty
iPhone Screen Empty
My first post. I believe i've done everything correctly. Downloaded PocketCloud to both my iPhone and Macbook Pro. Upgraded to Premium, yet I cannot see any remote files on my iPhone screen: Blank and empty. Can someone please advise if you've had a similar issue, or simply have the cure. Thank you.

When you connect, are you able to see your desktop or is it just a blank screen? If you are just seeing a blank screen, if you tap the screen does that bring up the desktop again? Sometimes you need to tap the screen to show the desktop.
Are you using the Free version or the Pro version of PocketCloud? If you are using Pro, do you still have the free version of the application installed? If you do, please uninstall the free version and see if that fixes the problem for you.
