Toolbar vanishes

Newb user here so sorry if this is an old topic. I looked and didn't see any recent posts concerning this issue.

If I minimize my toolbar so that I can see all of my apps on the remote controlled PC, the arrow that points upwards in the bottom right hand corner of the screen will disappear and I can no longer get to the toolbar functions. Any help is appreciated.
