Using the Shift Key with the Function Keys

Question

Using the Shift Key with the Function Keys I have a Windows program that uses SHIFTed Function Keys (i.e. press shift plus the function key) to access certain features of the program. Pocket cloud has what appears to be a shift key on the Function Key keyboard, but the combination does not work, therefore I cannot use these necessary functions of the windows program. Should this work, or is a mod needed?P.S. - Otherwise, Pocket Cloud is one of the most creative and ingenius apps created for the mobile market!

I just tested Shift + F1 and it brought up Windows Help. Seems to be working for me. What application are you using?
