Worked very well - then changed Gmail password
Worked very well - then changed Gmail password
Pocket cloud free was working well on my ipad, connecting remotely to my Mac mini. However, I then changed my Gmail password and since then it has stopped connecting and my Mac shows as offline all time. HOw can I re-establish connection? Do I need to enter my new password on the pocket cloud companion on my mac and if so, how? Would re-installing the companion achieve this? Thanks.

Our apologies for the inconvenience. You will just need to log into the companion on your mac by doing the following:
-Click on the kite icon near the clock in the upper right hand side of the screen
-Select Preferences
-Navigate to the General tab
-Enter your gmail address and new password
-Select Apply
This should get you logged back into the companion with your updated password and you should be able to log in and connect using PocketCloud again.
