Thin client model. e.g. T10D, 7290, etc. Do not use "Wyse thin client" since this is too vague and does not help in narrowing down the answer.

Thin Client OS. e.g. WES7, WES7P, WTOS, Xenith, SUSE, etc.

Thin client firmware version if available.

A clear description of the question or issue.
