This is normally for WES devices. Some WES device with 16GB have three partitions and you may want to reset the flash drive to only two. While this is not recommended, the USB firmware tool allows you to do that. Please review the USB FT guide for more details.

USB Firmware Tool or TCX Suite are not longer available at:

But why? We can download a new Firmware, but we can't update/install now!

You may want to look at your USBFT directory and fix the issue that the User Guide you have is for version 1.20 and not 2.0.9.15.  It could only help.

Are there any directions for using the USB tool ver 2.0.9.15 ?
