Mouse pointer error when using Dell WMS with Thin Client Optiplex 3000
I use DellWMS to manage ThinClient Optiplex 3000. I encountered an error that the mouse pointer did not change shape according to the usage environment. It is always in a certain shape.
You can see in the video. It appears a plus sign like using excel everywhere, Even in outlook.
when I no longer use Dell WMS on Optiplex 3000. Then everything returns to normal.
I use RDP with Windows Server 2008 R2. Tested on Thin OS 9.1 9.3 9.4.
Is there any way to fix it?

Please open a Dell support ticket by visiting dell.com/support and using your service tag for the device. If you can, I would suggest testing against Windows server 2016 or higher as 2008 R2 is no longer supported by MS

I noticed something very similar. It's even in the latest build THINOS 2402 with AVD 2.4.2282. I use Wyse 5070 with RDP to VMs with Windows Server 2016 or Windows 10. After one week the mouse pointer has no more interactive dynamic. The RDP connection has to be reconnected for normal behave, A simple right mouse button click can also help. ThinOS 2306 with AVD 1.7.1540 didn't have the issue. But i don't see any influence from WMS.
