Thin Client 5070 factory reset without admin Password
Hey everybody,
I have this Wyse 5070 Thin Client. My Company works with Thin Wyse Management Suite. We have build a Image what is taken over PXE on the Clients. Now, I cannot login with the Admin-Password what is sended by the Image. Two Other 5070 working good! So I cannot reset the wrong Thin Client, without the password. I have tryed to get an iso-file to build a usb-recovery stick, but I just find rsp-Images on the Dell-Website.
Have someone a idea how I can go on?

I assume you have tried all default passwords, like Fireport and so on?
As for the .iso, there is a "Dell_Wyse_USB_Imaging_Tool_v3.2.0.exe" too that needs to be installed, then use it to point to the downloaded Dell factory image and it will create a bootable USB stick (needs to be 64GB).
