P20 keyboard/mouse problems

P20 keyboard/mouse problems

On some of my P20's, the keyboard will randomly type characters or select blocks of text as user's are scrolling through the screen. Anybody had problems like this?

Hello good day I am Diocan costumer of dell my laptop is underwarranty in you company I
 would like to ask technical support because I'm having a problem on my keyboard some of the keywords are not functioning I am using the touchpad right now please help me thank you  P20 keyboard

You have posted this message on the wrong forum. This forum is for the P20 zero client. You need to post your message in the forum for your laptop model. i.e. Latitude,
