Hello,
can anyone give me a tip on how I can update the firmware of the P25?
Is this also possible with a usb stick?
Greetings

Hi
You must to create an account in Teracci.com
Go to techsupport.teradici.com and look for:
There is a lot of documentation too in that site.
I suggest to upgrade firmware from PCoIP MC (Management Console). There is two options:
PCoIP MC 2.0 - to use Wyse P25 5.x firmwares
PCoIP MC 1.10 - to use Wyse P25 4.8 os lower firmwares.
Sorry for my english.

hi Jarjona,
thank you very much for your hint.
We have only 10 Zero Clients, there is a simple possibility to update the Firmware?
Greetings

Hi
Try this manual: appservices.wyse.com/.../USB_Firmware_Tool_1.15_Users_Guide_SEP2011.pdf

sorry but this is obviously wrong, I attach a fast and simple solution here:
Download the Firmware here:
Wyse P25 / P45 5030/7030 : https://appservices.wyse.com/pages/serviceandsupport/support/downloads.asp
...when needed - Tera Host card: http://support.dell.com
Connect via Web browser to the Web frontend of P25 and or Tera 2 Card
- Physically connect a management computer (notebook) with the P25 or hostcard
- Set a Fixed IP address on the Notebook: 192.168.1.80 or use DHCP and check the “address leases”
Some steps to find the correct IP-Address in YOUR Environment

- After delivery of new parts these IP-Addresses are valid = Tera Host Karte: 192.168.1.100 Zero Client : 192.168.1.50
A.- Your can check “the 5030 aka P25” for details:
B.- or check your “DHCP Server” for details:
- insert the IP address of the P25 or hostcard to the address list of the web browser on the management computer
