@Shaqai If you are looking for help here, you need to describe in more detail your system. What model Dell do you have, what operating system, what CPU, what graphics card, the size and type of disk drives. With 16GB of RAM it is not uncommon that not all of the RAM is available, although all of it is usable. Also, you need to describe a little more about your RAM failure. What happens, are you getting an error message? Have you tried running memory diagnostics?

Hey Shaqui,

Is your issue that you bought your system with 16g ram any you only see 12g useable?  What has Dell done to resolve your issue? What wrong numbers did Dell give you? 
how are you verifying the ram failing? what symptoms? How are you verifying total ram vs actual useable ram? 

 There are many on this forum that can help and answering the above questions will get you better answers

To add to what @Vic384  said, have you tried re-seating the RAM modules in their slots? Check the Service Manual for your specific PC model for instructions....

Hi guys, it's fine now. They finally replied to my return request. I'm not buying from dell in the future anyways. Did the best I could
