The hard drive is "detected, but is it set as a boot device?  Also, check all internal cables since you were inside the PC in case one was accidentally disturbed.

Have you tried resetting the CMOS memory again?  With the PC powered off, remove the CR2032 battery for at least 10 minutes.  Reinstall and try.

Do you have a RAID setup with 2 internal hard drives?  Open BIOS setup (reboot and immediately press F2) and look at SATA Drives 0 through 5. Make sure the 2 drives in the RAID array (if you have one) are both set to RAID On. One of the 2 drives will be connected to SATA 0, the second drive in the array could be connected to any of the other SATA ports.

If you don't have a RAID setup, make sure the SATA port (probably SATA0) where the boot drive is connected is set to On.

And then make sure your boot hard drive is first in the boot sequence in setup.

Be sure to save the changes, if any, before exiting BIOS setup.
