Same issues here. I bought 3 of these laptops for my 3 kids for homeschooling and all 3 have bluescreened. 1 has bluescreened 4 time, another 3 times and the third has bluescreened once.

After checking the event viewer it appears to be the same error you're getting. The laptops seem to run fine and work fine during the day. For me, these errors are happening during the overnight hours when the systems are not in use and then I see the bluescreen in the morning when returning to the laptops.

If anyone has any ideas what may be causing these errors please let us know.

    Thank you

Dell  get Microsoft to fix this.

    Happens every 10 minutes

Latest bios 1.5 update did not fix.

Diagnostics show all hardware is working.

    Hi!

    Same Issue here on a XPS 13 7390 2-in-1.

But it seems that it only occurs in battery mode. On AC are no Log-Entries.

    Latest BIOS 1.6.2 is installed.
